My contact with Melissa goes back when I was looking for a travel agent in South America who would perfectly fit my requirement of itinerary, budgets, diets into one place. Her warmth and passion for travel helped me connect with her immediately. The chord that struck me most was her personalized approach to a client who would want to visit South America for the first time and not sure how to go about it! Right from meet and greet at the airport to every point of pick up and drop off (flight, train, car, bus) that she arranged were exceedingly well organized. The guides and drivers were top notch for their sense of timings and services. The provided box lunch on the go were plentiful and super tasty. All her recommended restaurants in Cusco, Lima and Urubamba are must try. A complete stress free and enjoyable travel for 13 days in Peru is unforgettable as Auri Peru lives up to her name! And about Melissa- can’t rave enough – she is amazing!
